SHIPPING/TURNAROUND TIME

All of these products are handmade by the designer so please allow 2-4 weeks from date of purchase to be shipped, however this is a rough estimate of the typical wait time and may be longer depending on order volumes. Please contact Ferocitywrld@gmail.com with your name and order number if you have questions about an estimated wait time and possibility for order prioritization for needed date. Thank you for your patience and allowing the time necessary to ensure your product is up to standard.

TRACKING

Your order will be shipped via USPS and once shipped, will typically arrive within 3-5 days for United States and 2 weeks for international orders. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been successfully placed. Please keep in mind I am not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays that may occur once items are out of my possession and are with USPS. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to Covid-19 there are currently no returns, exchanges, or refunds on orders.
